We were looking for a comprehensive and reliable solution to process our registered letters and cheque-letters. Numen has expertise and know-how in this field, and above all the capacity to implement the security that we would not have known how to do in-house or with other desktop publishing subcontractors. This is what led us to entrust our cheque-letter activity, for all our three brands (MAAF, MMA and GMF), to Numen. For example, in the case of a client who says they have not received a registered letter, their notice or termination letter, the Numen solution provides proof of deposit and reliable tracking information.
In terms of cheque-letters, we also use the secure validation and tracking portal available to us. The Numen team has real know-how in workflow management which is very useful in our business. This enables us, for example, to have validations when we issue cheques. We can check the validity of information before the cheque-letter is manufactured.
